Alan Raftery

Having completed his university studies which included a Master’s Degree in Medical Negligence Law, Alan commenced his legal career at Holohan Lane Solicitors in 2016. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in wide range of areas to include

1. Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation.
2. Personal Injuries and Medical Negligence.
3. Wards of Court, Enduring Power of Attorney and Probate.
4. Employment Law.
5. Licensing.
6. Personal insolvency, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency.
