John Lane


Having completed his professional training in Cork City with a leading legal practice, John worked in Cork for one year after qualifying as a solicitor. He then worked with a boutique commercial law firm in Dublin for three years before joining Holohan Law.

John is also the legal advisor to the Irish Franchise Association.

In the main his experience and expertise has been in the the areas of commercial law, construction / property law and intellectual property. This has included such matters as:

Company / business establishment.
Partnership & Joint venture agreement

Sales / transfers of undertaking & business.
Equity investments,(representing both investor and the company / venture in question)
